By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.

JOHN 13:35

WHAT IS A HOST?

We use the word Host instead of volunteer because Hosts take ownership in preparing a place for others. Hosting is so much more than a Sunday task. It’s meeting the needs of people in our house and our city.

At its core, it comes back to loving God and loving people. We’ve been given great care and great love so we show great care and great love as we welcome every guest, go out of our way to serve the needs of others, and prepare our space for them to meet with Jesus.

The work of the ministry here at Gospel City Church would not be possible without faithful Hosts.

WHERE CAN I HOST?

Guest Experience

Church should be the most friendly, welcoming environment on the face of the planet. Guest Experience consists of our parking, greeting, ushering, medical response, hospitality, resources and communion set-up teams. Guest Experience Team Application

Production Crew

Our production crew cares for technical aspects of our weekend services, including audio, lighting, and video. We need faithful crew members who can serve on a flexible yet consistent schedule. If you are interested in serving on the production crew, please fill out the Production Crew Application.

Gospel City Kids

Kids’ Hosts help children discover and experience the love of Jesus. For nursery through 5th grade Hosts, we ask that you are working toward membership and have a completed background check performed by the church office. Kids Team Application
